URSULA W. WIELDENMANN BATTEN Ursula Batten, age 60, of Dwight, Kansas, died Wednesday, January 18, 2012, at the Morris County Hospital in Council Grove, Kansas. Services will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2012, 11:00 A.M., at the Living Word International Ministries, 1704 St. Mary’s Road, Junction City, Kansas 66441. She has been cremated. The daughter of Werner and Louise Heidt Wieldenmann, Ursula was born May 5, 1951, in Mannheim, Germany. She married Kenneth F. Batten, Jr. on October 1, 1969, in Mannheim, Germany. She was a Lutheran and a homemaker. She is survived by her husband of the home; two sons: Kenneth F. Batten, III. of Fort Carson, CO. and Sascha Allen Batten of Indiana, PA.; a daughter, Mona Louise Batten-Prickett of Kansas City, KS.; six grandchildren: Christopher Wallace, Tyler Batten, Mikayla James-Beard, Sarah Prickett, Kya Batten, and Kolby Batten; and one great granddaughter, Kira Beard.
