PHYLLIS ANN GRIZZARD SOUKUP Phyllis Soukup, age 67, of Cottonwood Falls, KS., died Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at the home of her brother in Cottonwood Falls. The daughter of Curby and Helen Potocnik Grizzard, Phyllis was born July 12, 1944, in Savannah, GA. She and Raymond A. Soukup were married in 1975, in Minneapolis, MN. He died in 1981. She was a homemaker. Cremation has taken place. She is survived by her son, Bradley A. Soukup of Cottonwood Falls, KS.; two brothers: Jim Grizzard of Cottonwood Falls, KS. and John Grizzard of Scottsdale, AZ.; MaryJo Menke-Grizzard of Virginia, MN.; and two grandchildren: James M. Soukup and Bradley A. Soukup, Jr. of Cottonwood Falls, KS. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
