Jennie Lee Hill

Jennie Lee Hill, 46, loving mother, daughter, sister and aunt, went into eternal life and joined the Lord on September 22, 2021, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita. She was born February 2, 1975, in Santa Anna, CA, the daughter of Frank and Carolyn (Fischer) Schickel. Jennie was a devoted homemaker.

She is survived by: daughters, Jenika Chauhan (Avi), Heavyn Turner, both of Wichita; biological father, Ivy Giessler, step-parents, Danny and Pattie Curtin; parent figures, Dale and Shirley Bradley, brothers, Conan Schickel (Tonnia), Stanley Schickel, Jeremy Giessler, Ken Thorne; sisters, Frankie Lyden, Denna Fleshman (Travis), Kim Solomon (Paul); numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; multitude of friends and extended family.

Jennie was preceded in death by her parents; nephew, Johnathan Fleshman; and brother-in-law, Michael Lyden.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at Brown-Bennett-Alexander Funeral Home, with Revered Tim Woods officiating. Burial will follow in Prairie Grove Cemetery. Friends will greet friends at 1:00 p.m. until service time on Tuesday.
