Donald Herbert Linn, Age 67, died after a short battle with pancreatic cancer on February 22, 2021. His passions were Candy - his wife, his friends and family, bird hunting, fly fishing and the outdoors, Model 12 Gun Club, Bass-O-Rama, and Boykin Spaniels. Donald was born in Kansas City, Missouri to Betty and Jim Linn on January 13, 1954. He attended Bryant Elementary, Bingham Junior & Southwest High Schools in KC. Donald was an Eagle Scout with Troop 66. He was a proud member of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity at Mizzou.
Donald had a long, successful career at US Toy Company, working with one of his best friends - Michael Klein. In retirement, Donald has enjoyed working on the Board for Camp Wood YMCA. Don and Candy resided in Cottonwood Falls, KS where they have enjoyed the natural beauty of the Flint Hills of Kansas, and close friends.
Donald was preceded in death by his Mother - Betty. Donald leaves behind his beloved wife – Candy; father, Jim; brothers, David, Chuck and Craig; sister, Jill; and sister-in-law, Cindy; plus numerous well-loved nephews, nieces and God-children.
