Darnell E. Bosch

Darnell E. Bosch, 73, died November 24, 2025, at Flint Hills Care Center, Emporia. He was born July 11, 1952, in Salina, to Louis M. and Vera M. (Neumeyer) Bosch. Darnell proudly served in the United States Navy. He worked in various careers over his years, longest was as a general contractor. Darnell enjoyed hunting and fishing when he was able.

Darnell married Ann T. Cook in Miami, OK. They had three children before they divorced.

Darnell is survived by: children, Jamie Bailes of Matfield Green, Justin Bosch and wife Jennifer of Americus, Jessi Ritten and husband Joshua; grandchildren, Jake Bailes, Kelsey Mitchell, Cameron Bosch; 2 great grandchildren; siblings, Glenda Fink and husband Jim, Tammy Froggatt and husband Jeff, Teresa Bross, Tracey Stice and wife Lois; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Harold Bosch and Richard Bosch; and son-in-law, James Bailes.

Cremation will take place. Private family service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Chase County Fishing Derby, in care of Brown-Bennett-Alexander Funeral Home PO Box 220 Cottonwood Falls, KS 66845.
