GREGORY LEE ALLEN Cedar Point Dateline Greg Allen, 56, died Saturday, June 16, 2007, at his mother’s home in Cedar Point, KS. A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 21, 2007, at 2:00 P.M., at the Brown-Bennett-Alexander Funeral Home in Cottonwood Falls with The Rev. Larry Timm officiating. Cremation has taken place. There will be a private inunment at a later date. Gregory Lee Allen was born April 21, 1951, in Wichita, KS., the son of Lee E. and Yvonne Carpenter Allen. He graduated from Council Grove High School in 1969. He enjoyed his employment as an over-the-road trucker. He is survived by a son, Justin Lee Allen of Council Grove; his mother, Yvonne of Cedar Point; three grandchildren: Kelsey Bremer, Brianna Allen, and Abigail Allen; aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Lee on August 11, 1999. There will be visitation prior to the service.
