Alan Lee Logsdon Alan Logsdon, age 74, of Cottonwood Falls, formerly of Emporia, KS passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at the Chase County Care and Rehabilitation Center. The son of Roy Lee and Rosemary E. (Davis) Logsdon, Alan was born June 21, 1944 in Denver, CO. He joins his father and mother in heaven. Some of Alan’s favorite things were watching baseball, old westerns, and "I Dream of Jeanie" reruns. He enjoyed taking the family dogs for walks and had an extraordinary memory recalling past family events. Family members who will miss Alan include his sister, Diane E. Logsdon of Cottonwood Falls; his brother, Ralph L. (Pam) Logsdon of Greenfield, IN; a niece, Amanda Logsdon of Indianapolis, IN; and an uncle, Chuck (MaryAnn) Davis of Windsor, CO. Cremation has taken place. His cremains will be scattered over the Rocky Mountains at a later date. There will be no service. Brown-Bennett-Alexander Funeral Home in Cottonwood Falls is in charge of arrangements.
